On the territory of the Republic of Moldova, the services are provided at all customs posts within the Chisinau Customs Office and the border ones.
In Romania, working point of presence is situated in Bucharest (customs Targuri si Expozitii, blvd. Timisoara 90).
The entire LOGICO staff is qualified and holds certificates of customs specialists, issued by the Customs Service and with over 15 years of experience in the field.
Temporary storage is the operation preceding customs clearance, in which goods (including those which, at the time of entry into the country, did not meet the conditions laid down by the legislation in force in order to be granted a destination approved by the customs authority) are kept free of import duties until a certain customs procedure or other destination approved by the customs body applies.
The goods are placed in the provisional warehouse on the basis of the storage contract, which lays down the conditions and commitments for storage, and LOGICO SOLUTIONS, as the customs agent and holder of the warehouse, submits a summary declaration to the customs authority in the form established by the legislation in force.
In both LOGICO SOLUTIONS warehouses, Chisinau and Bucharest, value-added logistics operations take place (such as, but not limited to: labeling, palletizing and repackaging, packaging and repackaging, pick & pack, etc.). Thus, a wide range of logistics services is provided for the goods in the warehouse, depending on the specific requirements of the clients.
We organize international transport of goods, both in partial load mode and in full truck mode, with or without controlled temperature.
The largest volumes of goods are provided on the route Republic of Moldova – Romania and vice versa. At the same time, we develop the commercial exchange of goods from / to the countries of Western Europe, with destination / shipment in the Republic of Moldova and / or Romania.
The customs warehouse is the place approved by the customs body and under its supervision, where some goods can be stored. According to the Customs Code, the customs warehousing procedure allows the storage of goods, without the application of import duties and economic policy measures or domestic goods intended for export. Any goods may be placed under the customs warehousing procedure, except those which are prohibited from entering or leaving the customs territory.
